We will work to resolve any delivery discrepancies or technical faults as quickly as possible.
4. Unauthorized Charges and Chargebacks Any unauthorized chargebacks, disputes, or reversals filed through payment gateways will result in an immediate and permanent ban from our Discord server and services, and any active services or balances will be permanently revoked. Liwo Services reserves the right to submit transaction logs, ticket history, and proof of delivery to your payment provider to contest fraudulent disputes.
